For product support and troubleshooting questions, we use JIRA Service Management to quickly triage to the Meta Support Community and to resolve your questions.

Please note that the support channel is only meant for questions related to product troubleshooting for existing product users.

In order to submit a support ticket, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Please access our support portal here.
  2. If you have not signed up for access before to JIRA Service Management, you will be prompted to set up an account to the support portal with your institution or organization email address. Please do not use your personal email address.
  3. After you have set up your account, you will be able to submit a question through the portal.
  4. You will be able to track your tickets in the support portal with your email address moving forward.
  5. Our support team will provide a response within two business days after receiving your ticket.
