Hop Tac Xa Sinh Duoc is a retailer and co-operative that uses herbs harvested from the base of the Bai Dinh mountain in Vietnam to create beauty and health products. Many years ago, people used the herbs to create medicines for royalty — now Hop Tac Xa Sinh Duoc is bringing those ancient herbs to market to help modern-day customers enjoy beautiful fragrances for clean, healthy skin.

Hop Tac Xa Sinh Duoc looked to build deeper relationships with customers, while also wanting to save the time and effort required to follow up with customers via text and other messaging platforms after they had made a purchase. To continually engage customers, the company needed a scalable way to deliver creative, personalized messages via preferred social media channels.

Creative, consistent messaging takes root
The village of Sinh Duoc sits at the base of the fertile Bai Dinh mountain and is celebrated across Vietnam for its abundance of rare and natural herbs. Many years ago, farmers harvested those herbs to make medicine for royalty. Today, Hop Tac Xa Sinh Duoc uses these herbs to create salts, soaps, essential oils, and other health and beauty products to the delight of their customers.
To build personal relationships, the small but mighty Hop Tac Xa Sinh Duoc team engaged prospective customers through the company’s Facebook page, responding to comments and direct messages with detailed information about their products. Prior to Meta Business Suite (MBS) and marketing messages, customer engagement involved manually texting or even calling customers to promote sales and new products. This task required a significant investment in time and labor, without the assurance that customers would be responded to quickly by team members.
Wanting a faster, more efficient approach to growing fruitful connections with customers, the team turned to Meta Business Suite.
