On-Premises API Changelog

Recommended version: v2.55.1

This changelog covers what has changed in the WhatsApp On-Premises API client and AWS/Azure/GCP Templates.

WhatsApp Business API Client

Чтобы продолжать работу с локальным API, пользователи должны установить новые версии клиента. Упраздненные версии клиента API больше не поддерживаются. Если после истечения срока действия у клиента упраздненной версии отключится соединение, он не сможет подключиться к серверу, а также отправлять и получать сообщения.

The On-Premises client now offers support for MySQL 8. It is possible to migrate any version of the On-Premises client from MySQL 5 to MySQL 8. It's important to keep in mind that once a database has been migrated to MySQL 8, it is not possible to revert it back to MySQL 5. As a precaution, please ensure you create a backup of the database prior to initiating the migration process.

Warning: We are aware of an issue affecting GCP templates and MySQL 8. More information in our template github project.
