Breaking Change: "message" parameter ignored in Feed Dialog

On July 12, we are ignoring the message parameter in Feed Dialogs. This eliminates the ability to pre-fill stream stories (prohibited by Policy IV.2). This change encourages users to share authentic and relevant content with their friends.

Added border_color parameter to Like Box plugin

This week we launched the ability to customize the border color of the Like Box plugin. Developers can customize the border_color parameter with any HTML color code so the plugin can blend in with the web UI.

Graph API PROFILE_ID/feed and PROFILE_ID/posts now requires access_token

As stated last week, the Graph API PROFILE_ID/feed/ for a Page, Application, User or Group and PROFILE_ID/posts for a Page or User now requires a valid access_token to access the wall or posts of the corresponding object (where previously no access_token was required). This also affects direct FQL queries to the stream table, when querying for posts on a wall.

Reminder: Required Migration to Facebook Credits by July 1st

Effective July 1, we will require social game developers on Facebook Platform to process all payments through Facebook Credits, as we announced in January. To prepare for your players and business, we strongly recommend that you begin migrating to Facebook Credits if you have not already made steps to do so. Fixing Bugs

Bugzilla activity for the past 7 days:

• 186 new bugs were reported
• 31 bugs were reproducible and accepted (after duplicates removed)
• 14 bugs were fixed (10 previously reported bugs and 4 new bugs)
• As of today, there are 1,356 open bugs in Bugzilla (up 3 from last week)
