While in his account, he opts-in to receiving messages from the airline over Messenger. The airline follows-up over Messenger to ask William if he’d like to receive Marketing Messages so that the airline can send him their weekly loyalty program newsletter.   2. While browsing the site, William clicks the button

Workflow

  1. The dealership sets up a keyword trigger for Private Replies that automatically triggers the opt-in request
