Message Templates

Message templates offer a way for you to offer a richer in-conversation experience than standard text messages by integrating buttons, images, lists, and more alongside text a single message. Templates can be use for many purposes, such as displaying product information, asking the message recipient to choose from a pre-determined set of options, and showing search results.

Properties

`recipient`

Descrizione del destinatario del messaggio. Tutte le richieste devono includere un elemento tra id, phone_number e user_ref.

Proprietà	Tipo	Descrizione
`recipient.id`	Stringa	`PSID`, `phone_number` o `user_ref` del destinatario del messaggio.
`recipient.phone_number`	Stringa	*Facoltativo* Numero di telefono del destinatario nel formato +1(212)555-2368. Per inviare messaggi in questo modo, il tuo bot deve essere approvato per Customer Matching.
`recipient.user_ref`	Stringa	*Facoltativo.*`user_ref` dal plug-in della casella di controllo.
`recipient.name`	Oggetto	*Facoltativo* Usato solo se è impostato il `phone_number`. Specifica il nome dell'utente nel formato: `{"first_name":"John", "last_name":"Doe"}` Indicare un nome aumenta le probabilità di una corrispondenza corretta.
