REN Bridal Studio serves brides-to-be, with most of their customers (fortunately) only making one-time purchases. To support “repeat” business, REN Bridal needed a scalable and effective way to re-engage couples with referral requests to find new customers.

REN Bridal Studio is in the business of making couples’ wedding day magical – from dress rentals to pre-wedding photoshoots and make-up services, the Vietnam-based bridal company gives brides everything they need to walk down the aisle in style.

Though the company was founded only recently in 2016, it has already found success in the competitive bridal services industry and has expanded to work with couples across the cities of Ho Chi Minh, Dalat, and Can Tho. With ambitions for continued growth, the company faces a unique challenge: Attracting new customers and building brand loyalty in an industry that traditionally leans towards one-time, high ticket purchases.

Historically, the lean marketing team reached couples through social media ads while responding to direct messages. The REN Bridal team turned to the Meta Business Suite to manage their Facebook and Instagram accounts from one place, posting images from fairy-tale inspired bridal shoots on Instagram while fielding Messenger requests for more information about their chic, corseted gowns.
