Ad Rules Specs

Ad rule specs determine the actions that should be made and the objects those actions should execute upon.

Evaluation Spec

Determines the objects upon which the rule should execute its action.

Execution Spec

Determines the action that applies to all objects that pass evaluation.

Change Spec

Used for execution types such as CHANGE_BUDGET and CHANGE_BID.
