The Platform Bug Reporting tool is a tool that third-party developers can use to file bug reports about Facebook Platform products. To access this tool, navigate to https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs and click the Report a Bug button.
The tool will walk you through the process of reporting a bug and will ask you to provide information such as the affected asset or product, description, and repro info.
By default, submitted bugs are visible to the millions of developers who use the Facebook developer platform. If you want to create a private bug report, select Make this report nonpublic before you click the Submit button.
When you submit the bug it will be routed to the Facebook Gaming internal oncall for resolution. You can see the status of the bug and any Facebook responses in the tool.
All Facebook Gaming developers in the Approved Partner Program have access to a closed group that is moderated by the Facebook Gaming team. This group is meant for members to communicate and share with one another and the Facebook team.
Do not use the group to report bugs; our moderators are not staffed or qualified to monitor the chat for bug reports. Please use the Platform Bug Reporting tool instead.
When you are approved for the partner program you will receive an email with a link to apply to the group. You can then apply with your Business ID. Please allow up to three days for approval.
All Facebook developers have access to the Developer Community Forum where all Facebook developers can ask questions or answer questions from other developers. You can access the forum at https://developers.facebook.com/community.
