I want to send a WhatsApp message on my site. When the user registers on the site, a WhatsApp message should be sent. As this requires a WhatsApp business account, I have set up my business account.

To send the WhatsApp message, an API is provided, but to add users to the allowlist, there is no such API. I want to add users to the allowlist on the API recipient phone number. I need to manually add a user number. https://prnt.sc/vSjRCfuCCwSj
