Can any one help in deleting this app review request. I want to create a new one

What exactly blocks you from editing this request?

I created the request with unnecessary permission with different category. i want different access. i am trying to edit the list of permissions i requested , but there is not option to edit any permission, i can't add new,i can't delete also.
