Reporting a Bug not Working

It's been over a month that multiple endpoints are no longer working after v13 has been deprecated. I tried on multiple occasions to report a bug but i always get the following message on ALL topics/channels! Is this a problem only I am facing? Can someone explain how are we supposed to log a defect if they have dropped support for all of them?

"This support channel is no longer available Beginning 4th Nov 2022, this support channel is no longer available for issues related to Pages API. Instead, these issues will be supported via the Developer Community Forum. We believe engagement through the community will aid collective understanding of our products. We apologise for any inconvenience caused as we deprecate this support channel. Thank you!"
