Webhook event notifications not received for onboarded customers

Hi, we are a Tech Provider and our app ItNet (app id 841704461313308) is successfully verified by App Review and is in Live mode.

We have onboarded 2 customers for our WhatsApp Business API integration for our CRM. However we are not receiving Webhook notifications for our customer WhatsApp Business accounts. We receive for our own account, but NOT for our onboarded customer account.

For example, the customer with WABA id 338373409351227 has successfully onboarded us with Embedded Wignup Flow. We are able to dispatch WhatsApp messages on behalf of this customer. However when the customer sends this business a message or responds to the message sent to them, the same is not triggering our Webhook thereby not enabling our CRM to respond to customer messages.

Can you please assist us in what is going wrong here?

Alright, I found my answer. We needed to subscribe to Webhooks for each WABA independently: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/embedded-signup/webhooks#subscribe-to-a-whatsapp-business-account
