Hello, I'm relatively new with using any of the Meta Developer APIs and was wondering how to go about getting a list of Instagram followers. I saw online that some endpoints were deprecated, however I was wondering if the follower_list capability was still available if given advanced permissions. If so, what advanced permissions are needed for this? The documentation doesn't really give good information about capabilities and what can be obtained from these API endpoints. Thanks in advance for any help from people who respond to this!

For context, I'm trying to make an automated system to give new followers to our business account an exclusive discount promo code; I figured I could utilize a webhook to do this in real-time for this, but I'm having trouble testing out if things would work with the basic documented API calls.
