I'm in the process of getting approval for a couple of permissions needed to access the Instagram Basic API. I have provided a test IG user account to the Review team. However when they log in, due to them logging in from another country, its activating Instagram's security checks and blocking their login. I then get a security warning or prompt for a code via email to login. The App Review Team sees this as being a 2FA restriction, which it is not. But it means I am unable to get them past the point of logging in.

As far as I see it, this is beyond me control, as I cannot control when they try and review the app and have no way to do any live chat with them to be able to allow access at their time of testing. Ideally they would have their own test accounts to log in with and this then wouldn't be an issue.

Any ideas how I can get passed this? I've gone back to them about 5 times already on this issue with the same response every time, and have had to now get an extension to ensure our app doesn't stop working.
