Hey there, we are using an european BSP which enabled on premise hosting for us. Since the on premise hosting will be impossible in the near future our legal team has some concerns. Basically we are searching for something like a "Professional Secrecy Amendment". Microsoft offers this document for their cloud services. Since we work within a highly sensitive (health) industry, we would need something like this from Meta or WhatsApp. Does anyone have any experience with this?
