I would like to report a serious issue regarding the official WhatsApp Cloud API. We have observed that the API never returns user profile pictures, which is negatively impacting our chatbot automation services.

only messenger and Instagram return profile images. WhatsApp Cloud API, hosted by Meta never returned profile image.

This limitation compromises our clients' experience, as personalization is essential in automated interactions. We urgently request a review of this issue and would like to understand if there is a solution or timeline to address this limitation. This is a crucial point for us, as we strive to provide high-quality and highly personalized service.
