I can't even request permissions (instagram_basic, instagram_manage_messages, pages_manage_metadata). Request button is disabled and on mouser hover it say that I need to make API test query. I am not sure what exactly is "API test query"?? Messaging works (both ways) OK for test user. I've got webhook when got new message to Instagem Direct and can reply it. But only for test user. What else I need to be able to request that permissions?
