We received the following from a reviewer today:

"It would help us greatly if you could send us credentials of a test user which has already been registered and is linked to an FB account. This would help us in reviewing the FB login functionality and the app thoroughly. You can find all information needed to creating a test user here - (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/test-users)."

That page clearly states (and has for OVER A YEAR) that the test user functionality is DISABLED.

PLEASE train reviewers on at least the basics of the platform they are reviewing. It's insane that we have to fight with people who don't even understand the incorrect information they're pasting into the box.
