WhatsApp Meta API while the number is also connected to a WhatsApp Partner

Hello, I have a question about whether it is possible to have the same phone number configured with WhatsApp Business in the following way:

WhatsApp Partner (Intercom): To provide customer service for any incoming messages. WhatsApp Meta API (App): To send WhatsApp messages to our clients (reminders, notifications, open conversations, etc.). Could the same number interact with both services? Would there be any conflict?
