Hello! I made the app that allowe service to connect to Instagram. People on that service need that app to connect service to their accounts

Problem: the app see only my business portfolio, when other people try to connect service - the app don't se their business portfolios.

Example on photo Client has clear business portfolio with right connected insta, but the app don't see thats portfolios

Please help me what to do. I've got no idea...
