Dear Facebook reviewer team,

We are facing difficulty in approving the app. Sometimes we are getting the app permissions using the same content, but sometimes we got rejecting and they providing the cause use case is not valid.

And the main issue we are facing to approve Instagram_manage_messags permissions. Reviewer team asking for test facebook and Instagram account.We provided it but problem is that when reviewer team trying to login in Instagram account then facebook blocked the account giving by suspicious attempt login warning.So reviewer team cannot login and they are rejecting the app. Though our screencast video and content and use cases is too much clear.

And reviewer team told that they are trying to test the feature using their Instagram account but for them its not working.So my guess is they are testing the feature not using developer account so normally feature will not work for non developer accoount.Becuase we submitted the app for approval so that it can be work for all users.

I am trying to approving Instagram_manage_message permission at least 2 month.But still getting reject.So we are getting very hard time to get approval.I am not sure what I need to do more.Becuase there is nothing wrong in our use cases.Becuase we clearly shown it in screencast video.

So my humble request please see this matter,we got approval before normally.but getting too hard last some month.I am not sure what is happening.So it would be great if we got the approval easily.Becuase our use cases has nothing wrong.Thank you and wating for help.
