RESTORE APP MODE FROM DEVELOPER TO LIVE MODE. PLEASE HELP.

Hello, I have been writing to developer support to help me switch app mode from development to Live via developer's appeal contact form, but I don't get any help at all. . . It says there is a violation error but I do not have any outstanding violations registered on my dashboard whatsoever and when I fill the contact form I get the response "this case is considered resolved"...Is there another way to resolve this issue?
