I'm currently integrating the WhatsApp API into my application and I'm looking to configure rate limiting and quotas to ensure the security and reliability of my API endpoints. Specifically, I would like to set limits on the number of requests allowed per client id or even per country sent within a certain time frame, like sms providers have for you in their dashboards.

Could someone from the community or WhatsApp support team provide guidance on how to configure rate limiting and quotas for the WhatsApp API within the Facebook for Developers platform or any related documentation/resources? I a surprised that "Security" section is missing from the docs.
