On our platform we have instagram connect, and most of the times works correctly but some accounts are reporting an Invalid App Connect: cannot access app due to app restrictions as you can see in the image.

I finally reproduced the issue with a new created instagram account from my user and could get the full trace.

There is sensitive information in the trace, so I would prefer to get someone from instagram to who I can send the trace, is this possible in here?

As said, most of the users are working, but some of them are not and our app is LIVE in facebook developers page.
