Additionally, I have created a test user on the Facebook Developer platform, along with a business account and an Ads Manager account. However, when attempting to publish a test campaign, ad set, and ad, I am prompted to add a payment option. I found this confusing, as I assumed no payment would be required for testing purposes. Nonetheless, I am prepared to make payments for the test user using UPI, credit card, or debit card. Unfortunately, each ad account I create for the test user shows the error, "Ad account disabled," preventing me from making payments or publishing campaigns.
