How can I prevent repeated non-compliance notifications for my app, even after approval without changes to the code or documentation?

I'm reaching out to ask for advice regarding a recurring issue we've been facing with an app available on Android, iOS, and Web.

Over the past few weeks, we've been receiving repeated inquiries from Meta about the app, approximately once a week. These inquiries mention alleged non-compliance with Meta's policies. However, after simply responding to each inquiry—without making any changes to the app or its documentation—the issues are quickly approved and resolved.

The problem is that similar inquiries keep coming up shortly after the previous ones are resolved, causing disruptions to the process.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Do you have any suggestions for preventing this from happening repeatedly? Any insights on ensuring continuous compliance or avoiding these disruptions would be really helpful.
