We are working on an API to integrate with Whatsapp and send messages from companies to customers.
We created our application on Meta, obtained all the permissions and everything is working correctly, but we are facing constant blocks from Meta, with information that our client companies are violating the privacy terms and sending spam. The biggest problem is that these client companies used another platform and sent the same amount of messages and never had any problems with blocks.
Has anyone experienced this and could help?
