Violation resolved and action required for the same again in an hour

I think the system is broken.

  • First I got no email about a violation related to "Platform Term 7.a - Provide required information". Although I have provided this information at least 8 times in the past few years.

  • Second, app was disabled. So I completed the review.

  • It was approved 3h ago.

  • 2h ago, after resolved, a new violation of the exactly same message appeared again.

Is this a system issue?
