I am trying to integrate my instant forms from my Facebook page with my CRM (Zoho). I understand that for the integration to be in real-time (as I need), I must do it through a webhook, but I am new to this and finding it a bit complicated.

My first questions are:

Should I create a webhook in my CRM, on Facebook, or somewhere else? (I can do it in Azure if necessary). In my Meta developers application, I am trying to subscribe to a “Webhook product” (as seen in the image). It asks for the “Callback URL” and the “Verification Token”. What should I put in these fields?
