I get numerous messages per day in instant games feedback from a user who is hostile and abusive. It's clear that they have no intention of actually contacting support to get assistance with their issue, and instead are satisfied with abusing the feedback feature. It has escalated to the point where they are hurling slurs. I want to ban them, but so far as I can tell there is no method to do so. Is there something I'm missing? If not, can the option to ban or at least blacklist a user from feedback be added to the platform?
