Instagram sends us messages that came to the client from the contact @yulianna.013 While processing the message, we ask Instagram for the contact's name and avatar using the contact's id that Instagram sends us in the message, but Instagram gives us this message "(#9010) No matching Instagram user"

Can you please tell me why this is happening with this contact and how to fix it?
