We have a Facebook application that we use to pull comments from an Instagram Account

The developer renewing the tokens left the company, and we can't create new tokens with valid credentials

We've tried to create new tokens via the "Graph API Explorer" tool, but it seems all of them got the same error:

• (#10) Application does not have permission for this action

We added the same permissions as the previous token had, and also tried giving the token full permissions (we checked it via the "Access Token Debugger")

We have the Instagram account auth in the "API setup with Instagram business login" section

If we generate the token there (not using Graph API Explorer tool), we get the following error:

• Invalid OAuth access token - Cannot parse access token -- Code 190

The Instagram account appears in the "App roles" section with the role:

Are we missing a step? Does the app need to have a special requirement to access the Instagram account?
