How to recover revoked permissions?

To use 'Basic Instagram Display,' I need the following permissions: instagram_graph_user_profile and instagram_graph_user_media. Currently, they are revoked, and I can’t find a way to regain access to these permissions. How should I request them?

Facing the same issue. It's been recently revoked. The alert mentions to resolve the issue on the "Required actions page" but the page is empty.
