I'm having an issue when trying to set my app to Live mode. I receive the following error message: "Privacy policy URL is not valid. You must provide a valid Privacy Policy URL to publish your app. Go to Basic Settings and ensure it is a valid URL."

However, I am using the correct Privacy Policy URL: https://www.ciberc.com/politica-de-privacidad. I have also configured our robots.txt file according to the guidelines (allowing facebookexternalhit to access this URL), but when I run the URL through the Sharing Debugger Tool, it returns a 403 error.

I am unsure if this error is related to the issue, or if there is something else preventing the Privacy Policy URL from being accepted. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or found a solution?
