This is what is says as error:

App [appid] User [ui : [my old account] not you

I have cleared cookies, logged in and out, etc. The old account got banned due to clicking a link, then someone proceeding to open ig accounts and ran bad ads. I cant get it back I just want to rebuild what I had. HELP! I am stuck
