Access token does not return all pages from /me/accounts
33

Hello,

When trying to fetch pages for one of our customers, not all connected pages ar returned when calling:

https://graph.facebook.com/v15.0/me/accounts

We have double checked and verified together with the user that they check all relevant pages in the permissions dialog when creating their user access token.

Pages missing from the API response:

We have the same problem as well!

The page admin is getting all pages in response, but users (even those with all rights) are not receiving the pages from https://graph.facebook.com//accounts API.

They have selected all relevant pages and rights for those pages in the login dialog.

We are running a CRM software with this integration. This is affecting all our customers. So far we tried removing access and adding full rights, but that also does not work. Please help!

I see there is already a bug report for this, best that everyone subscribe to that one as well: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/780004130341035/?join_id=f3a86600c291b8

Hi,

We faced similar problems here and we found out that even user only select the pages they want to allow access during login dialog, /me/accounts still return all other pages back without filtering only the selected pages. This cause our application to fail as we only expect those pages they selected return. In addition, it also does not return one of the pages they select during the login dialog which is confusing. I found a workaround by unlink and re-login again and select different pages and somehow the pages are now return.

Also, you need to put higher limit when querying /me/accounts. I'm putting 100 just in case it the list doesn't return the pages that I want.

This is not guaranteed workaround, I tried this on different account and now it doesn't work..
