Cannot generate access tokens

We are attempting to integrate the Messenger API with Microsoft's Omnichannel for Customer Service.

We successfully tested the integration using a test API and a test page. Now, we are trying to integrate the new API with our business page.

However, we are encountering an issue during step 2, "Generate access tokens," in the Messenger API Settings.

When we try to connect by selecting "Connect", we are prompted to "Reconnect" our account. Upon attempting to reconnect, the window simply closes, preventing us from proceeding further.

Any ideas on what might be the issue?
