Intermittent issues with WhatsApp Meta Business API for sending messages

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with the WhatsApp Meta Business API in my application. Even though I'm within the message limits and using template messages, some users receive the messages while others do not. The API always returns "OK" in the response, but the delivery is inconsistent.

I've also noticed that the dashboard shows a "problems" alert, but when I click on it, nothing happens. Has anyone else encountered this issue or has any suggestions on how to resolve it?
