We have a platform where you can manage WhatsApp messages from your account. We connect to the account using the cloud API to send and receive messages. We can do this for our account because we created an app in the Facebook Developer platform. However, we cannot install the app in all of our clients' accounts, which poses a challenge. Currently, the only option we have found is for our clients to give us admin permission to their Facebook accounts, and then we create another app in their accounts. This process is not ideal as it has security flaws and is time-consuming. We have an omnichannel business chatbot that currently works using the Cloud API, but we need a way to manage our clients' accounts seamlessly. We want to know if we can add our clients' phone numbers to our business account with their names or if we should connect to their WhatsApp business accounts instead. Additionally, when we try to add more phone numbers to our account, we receive a message stating that the limit has been reached. We need to add hundreds of phone numbers for multiple clients, so this is a critical issue that requires a solution. We have clients waiting for this functionality, and we urgently need to find a secure, scalable, and efficient way to integrate our clients' WhatsApp accounts into our omnichannel business chatbot platform.
