I'm facing a critical issue while migrating a number from Twilio to our own Cloud API. During the registration process, we received several error messages indicating the absence of a payment method in WABA, which led to multiple attempts to send the verification code. These attempts resulted in the number being blocked due to too many attempts.

However, we managed to register the payment method in the corresponding WABA, but now, when trying to send the verification code again, I keep receiving the error of too many attempts.

This number has already been deleted from Twilio, and our entire operation depends on its urgent activation in the Cloud API. Currently, the number is inactive, compromising our services.

I urgently need assistance, as this situation is directly impacting the continuity of our operations.
