I can't get to the developer tools to complete the Data Use Checkup, so my app is offline. Whatever I try it gives "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." I've tried different devices, browsers, OS's, networks, nothing works.

I tried to submit a bug report, but that is also broken (Next button is disabled).

I can sign in and use the rest of facebook just fine.
