Didn't receive any mail regarding an App Review

We haven't received any emails regarding app reviews since January 30th. Despite having notifications enabled for all users on the developers' page, no alerts have been received regarding app reviews leading to app disablement. We've confirmed that no changes have been made, and everyone's notifications are activated. Additionally, each app has an associated email account for communication purposes. Does anyone know if there has been any policy changes recently? Thank you.
