Messaging Unavailable in WhatsApp API Despite Payment Confirmation

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue with our WhatsApp Business API account. Despite clearing the outstanding balance, our Meta developers' app dashboard still indicates that “Messaging may be unavailable.”

When I click “Review Issues,” it opens a new tab in Meta Business Suite > WhatsApp Manager > Overview, but there are no issues listed to review.

To troubleshoot the issue, I have taken the following steps:

  1. Verified that my payment method is valid and up-to-date.
  2. Logged out and back into my account to refresh the status.

Unfortunately, the issue persists. Could anyone please assist us in resolving this matter?
