unable to complete business verification

Hello,

I created a Facebook Business Manager account, and I was asked to complete the verification process for my account. However, my account was restricted, and a countdown indicates that if the verification isn’t completed on time, my account will be permanently deactivated. The issue is that when I click on the blue “Continue Request” button on the left, I’m redirected to a blank page.

After some research, I found that I could perform an identity verification from my profile, which I did, and it was accepted. Despite this, my account remains restricted, and the problem persists: I still cannot get past the blank page (Checkpoint).

What should I do? If possible, I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.
