Hello Meta/Whatsapp Team,
We are currently facing an issue where if we are using hello world template then messages are getting delivered instantly and if we are using custom template where we have dynamic URL set it is taking time to deliver. So how can we resolve this issue? If its due to quality rating then please do tell when and what process is there need to taken so that we can have quality rating, currently we have quality rating as pending. Is there any specific requirements for quality ratings or anything then please share

after certain messages whatsapp will check your template quality and then it will update it from "quality rating". You can send messages till then. WA will send you a webhook when quality of template changes make sure you log/catch that.
For the delay in message, measure it at your end. delay in delivery very rarely happens in whatsapp. I'd suggest log the time when you send the request, receive response and receive sent webhook from whatsapp. compare this three timestamp rest is not in your control. If whatsapp thinks your link contains malicious data then it might not send it to user at all.

We understand and we indeed have checked out the docs and everything. our template quality rating is high and still it takes time to deliver the message once API send message API is called.
