Would like to seek assistance with finding a solution for the issue where the integration of Just Jewel Assistant with FB Messenger isn't functioning properly in the live environment, despite working correctly on the admin page. I followed the integration instructions correctly, but it has been nearly three weeks since setup. Additionally, I received this result from META verification. Could this be a reason why the bot remains unresponsive on the live environment? Please refer to the screenshot below for details. If this is indeed a contributing factor, why is the other bot functioning correctly on live environment?
