Hubspot Meta Connection
1

Good morning everyone.

I have this problem with the API integration between Hubspot and Meta.

As you can see in the screenshot, Meta is not receiving the status updates from one lifecycle stage to another. Additionally, I see that several unwanted events have been installed via API, such as (form start, or lead via web).

In the settings section of the event manager, it says that the setup is 20% complete. I followed the entire guide, but it is not working. How can I solve this?

How can I pass the lifecycle stage changes to Meta as shown in the screenshot on Google?

sure i'm the marketing version. If you see the screen, the form is tracking the lead, but the change of the lifecycle is not passing in meta

Hello Giovanni, Firstly, verify that the API integration between HubSpot and Meta (Facebook) is correctly set up. Confirm that you have set up API keys or tokens correctly on both platforms. Ensure that permissions are correctly configured to allow data transfer between HubSpot and Meta. Check the integration settings on both platforms to ensure they are configured to allow the transfer of lifecycle stage data and other relevant events. For passing lifecycle stage changes from HubSpot to Meta (Facebook), you typically need to set up specific events or triggers within your integration.

As you may know, there are lots of ways to setup Facebook Pixel and Conversion API Tracking on the WordPress website 1. Manually code 2. Partner Integration 3. PixelYourSite 4. Woocommerce Plugin 4. Google Tag Manager The most popular event-tracking tool here is Google Tag Manager. If you want to send accurate data to your advertising platform or analytics platform. Also If you want to optimize your ad then Google Tag Manager is the best. this is my other setup you can check it 👉 https://prnt.sc/0lkG27sm5sA6 👉 https://prnt.sc/HnZlrSufvFRo
