Anyone else started seeing some new App Users authenticate into your app and it shows under Business Integrations but not the Page integration?

In the screenshot, you can see that this App User appears to have the "Gatsby App" connected to the Page. However, when the user checks the Page directly, it shows no connected apps.

This issue has occurred with two of our app users this week and may be related to the following bug report: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/501306646089288/

Any one else started experiencing a similar issue recently?
