Hi Whatsapp Support Team,
We use Whatsapp business API for delivering messages to our clients using Whatsapp messaging templates We also track the status of these messages by subscribing to the webhook, giving us a rough idea of how the notification works.
In the last 7 days, we have seen a significant drop in the number of users who got their messages delivered. and since it is a business critical messages via authentication template, we are receiving complaints from our user.
We have specific sample of user with message_id which got this issue. The webhook has the log of sending the message to Meta but not of it being delivered to the user and the user too is confirming that.
Can you please help us check these as to why the messages were not delivered.
